Our mission is to spread the Gospel in Latvia through Talsi Christian School

as it continues to provide a Christ centered academic curriculum, community outreach and raising up Christian leaders for the next generation

Talsi Christian School Foundation seeks to expand its role in helping the school achieve even greater results through an intentional fundraising program aimed at doubling the school’s enrollment capacity and establishing an endowment fund to ensure its sustainability and future

Talsi Christian School Foundation manages and disburses charitable donations received in support of the school and its several ministries. Distributions to the school are earmarked for:
- FUNDING for the school’s capital construction, general operating, student scholarship and endowment needs;
- SCHOLARSHIPS for graduating seniors who are committed to the gospel and who wish to pursue their education at the college or university level.
- CAMP MINISTRIES - orphan, youth, sports and other summer camps that are attended by children and teens from throughout Latvia.

- 4:13 Ministries dba Talsi Christian School Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in Arlington, Texas in 2005, for the primary purpose of providing financial support to Talsi Christian School and other Christian-focused youth programs the school offers in Talsi, Latvia.
- Since its founding Talsi Christian School Foundation has operated as a solely volunteer-run operation, with only minimal overhead expenses.
- Talsi Christian School Foundation’s accounting is handled by an independant external accounting firm.

Inguna in the U.S. || Local Connection Events

From February 25 to March 27, Inguna will be traveling across the United States on a spring mission trip, sharing how the Lord is working through Talsi Christian School in Talsi, Latvia, and inviting others into the vision ahead.

This spring, rather than hosting one large formal donor event, we are gathering in smaller, local settings—bringing the story of the ministry closer to you, your family, and your community. These gatherings are an opportunity to hear firsthand updates, connect personally, and invite others to learn more about the work God is doing in Latvia.
